If you are not familiar with CrossFit, you may think that our prices are a bit higher than a typical gym membership. But what do you get from a typical gym membership? Think about it; You pay a flat rate fee to use equipment that has no practical applications to daily life. You also receive little or no instruction on how to use their equipment. 

At Harbor Park CrossFit, we offer more than just “workouts”. We offer coaching. Our goal is to transform your lifestyle and help you find a passion for fitness that will yield continual, lifelong results. We want to see you, get to know you on a personal level, train and educate you, and observe your success. Required for all new members to learn the foundations and fundamental movements of CrossFit

Group OnRamp – 12 1hour sessions meets 3X/Week – Mon/Wed/Fri 7:30p-8:30p


Private OnRamp – 8 1 hour private one-on-one sessions – scheduled at your own pace

1 Year Contract – Unlimited CrossFit Classes Per Month


6 Month Contract – Unlimited CrossFit Classes Per Month


3 Month Contract – Unlimited CrossFit Classes Per Month




3 CrossFit Classes Per Week (12 total classes per month)
